United States

• Free standard shipping on orders of $45 USD or more (after discounts)
• Orders under $45 USD ship for a flat rate of $4.99 USD

United Kingdom

• Free standard shipping on orders of $60 USD or more
• Orders under $60 USD ship for a flat rate of $4.99 USD

Everywhere else

• Flat rate of $9.99 USD
• Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duty, VAT or GST by your country, plus a handling fee from the carrier. These are collected from you on delivery and are not included in the price you pay us. As a guide, the United Kingdom charges 20% VAT on imported goods and most EU countries charge their standard VAT rate.

Pre-orders (Rona Collection hijabs)

Rona Collection hijabs are pre-orders. You are charged in full when you place the order, and they ship in October 2026. We email tracking the day your order ships. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing shopnuriale@gmail.com.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days. During a launch or a busy period this can take longer, and we will tell you if it does.

Delivery time

• United States: typically 5–8 business days after processing
• International: typically 10–20 business days after processing
